Disney Store: Character Flip Flops: $2.99!!!

If you remember a few days ago I told you about the Disney Flip Flops sale.  I just got my order today and they are TOOO CUTE.  Bad news? My daughters Minnie Mouse flip flops only JUST fit her even though I ordered a 10. She takes after her mama I guess ;)

So I am thinking about placing another order and squirreling them away for next summer.   I ordered 2 pair and with shipping my order was less than $10.00!!!

HERE is the link to go check the sale out.

Shoes that they have left include:
Minnie Mouse flip flops for toddler - $2.99
Tinker Bell flip flops for girls - $2.99
Princess Sandals for girls - $12.50 (not included in sale)
Buzz Lightyear flip flops for boys - $2.99
Mickey Mouse flip flops for Toddlers - $2.99
Lightning McQueen Flip flops for Boys - $2.99
Finding Nemo flip flops for toddlers - $2.99
Tinkerbell Sandals for Girls - $12.50 (not included in sale)
Wall*E flip flops for Boys - $2.99
Handy Manny flip flops for Toddlers - $2.99

Did you order any shoes last time? Do you plan to order any this time??? I'm undecided if I'm going to order this time.   I'm thinking Finding Nemo or mickey mouse for lil man for next year (just order them a few sizes too big) and I'm thinking Tinker Bell flip flops for the girl.

Disney Store Sale - Flipflops for $2.99 /pair!

The Disney Store is having a really great sale right now on a few different items.

Some character flipflops (including toddler flipflops) are currently $2.99!!

My shipping for my order is $2.95 for two pairs of toddler flipflops. (My kids don't have any flipflops :) )

Princess & The Frog Blu Ray Combo Pack - FREE!!!!

Okay.....so you all know that I am currently looking for ideas for my Princess and the Frog movie night right? I only bought the DVD at target.  I LOVE the blu ray combo packs so i'm sad I have already got my copy!!!  Someone go do this deal for me and let me know you did so I can live vicariously through you ! :)

Couponing for deals posted that she got paid $3.00+ to buy the princess & The frog blu ray.

Here is the scenario that allows you to get  Princess and the Frog, Toy Story one and Toy Story 2 all for under $16.00...you also get two movie tickets to go see toy story 3 in the theater!!!!

This was all originally developed by Kristin over at Couponing to Disney :)

I need help with Disney Family Fun Movie Night!!

So, you all know I have small children.  29 months and 1 year old.  Both of my kids love disney movies.  Kristin over at Couponing To Disney posted about the cutest idea ever and I wanted to share with you!!!!

She does family movie nights with the movies & eats appropriate foods etc. I think that is an absolutely AMAZING idea.  I want to do it too!!!

Do any of you currently do this and can you share your ideas with the rest of us?

The Easter Bunny wrote me a letter to tell me that He has the Princess and the Frog and that we could expect it Easter morning ;)....

So here is Kristin's post about this.  So here is my idea for a family fun night for Princess & The Frog

So here are ideas i’ve had:

My kids have a tent...It is their size. ... I am thinking about turning off all of the lights in here and getting a camping lantern (I'm sure we have a minimum of 5 around here) or even hanging some white Christmas lights like stars on the mantle etc. (OOO!) to make it semi-dark. and "Camping out" in their tent.  well on the porch of their tent (place the tent on a blanket and the part that sticks out is the "porch") and maybe pretending like we are in the swamp...dressing up...I'll be an old voo doo hang, the boy can totally be a frog or a lightening bug or I actually have a duck costume here too....and the girl can dress as a princess!!!

Food wise - I think we will have dinner in the living room together, thinking before the movie comes on. and here is the menu i'm thinking of:
Red Beans & Rice with smoked sausage – I don’t think my babies will be too thrilled with gumbo.
fried okra (batter dipped flies)
Salad of some sort (Swamp greens/swamp grass!!)
For dessert - Thinking an ants on a log type thing with apples…but calling it flies on a leaf….you know? Cause prince naveen & princess tiana try to eat the fly….
also going to have marshmallow caterpillars...

I thought about using chicken tenders as frog legs or something but I almost think that would be creepy and maybe traumatic for my kids. What do you think?

Maybe chocolate milk could be called "Swamp water" ????

then we can get that all cleaned up & come back in here and watch the movie... Maybe I could mix a little sparkling juice with some food coloring and call it "magic potion" or something.  I dunno!

Suggestions? :)

Have you ever done this with another movie? Please share! :)

Princess and the Frog DVD for 99¢!!!

See...now I knew there was a reason I stopped at the computer on my way back upstairs to finish rearranging and cleaning and such!!!! (trying to organize so I can use my desktop computer upstairs.... The reason why....that is a long story that involves my recently deceased laptop, a 2 year old, a can of pepsi and jumping on the bed. Use your imagination.)

SO I found this very cool information on Couponing to Disney.

I already knew from her that I could get the blu-ray & dvd combo pack for $16.99 when it is released tomorrow, using my $10.00 coupon that I printed here.

I really don't have the $16.99 to part with though so I was thinking I would have to disappoint my baby girl. :(

BUT!!!

There is another option.

If you click on my link above for Couponing to Disney...

you can print the $5.00/1 DVD Princess and the Frog Coupon....

(The DVD is $15.99 at target)

That makes it $10.99 BUT there are two mail in rebates so you could potentially get $10.00 BACK for buying the movie and a few other things - cool huh?

Click on over and visit Kristin and find out what the story is :)

The really cool part is where you walk out of the store with the Princess and the Frog movie, two boxes of FREE bandaids and you paid $10.99 plus tax and know you will get back $5.00 of that later...

wait - scratch that ... the REALLY COOL PART is where you see your daughter's face light up like it's Christmas morning all over again when she gets to watch it. THAT is what is cool.

NOW I get to decide.....if I am willing to spend this money to make my daughter happy....does she get to watch the movie right away or does a giant furry rodent bring it to my house in a basket??? ;)

Disney PJ Pals $7.99 on Amazon.com

Our buddies at amazon.com have some of the Disney PJ Pals on sale for $7.99. (Regularly priced $16.50!!)

I notice the wall-E pajama Pals is $16.50 and the sleeveless short disney princess pal is $5.99

I scored two sets of these last October/November for $5.00 a set but if I hadn't I think I might consider this - the PJ's really are comfortable - my kids were SO EXCITED on Christmas Eve when they unwrapped the Princess & Mickey PJ Pals. My 9 month old pointed at Mickey and Laughed and squealed. They would make a cute Valentines gift or birthday gift or even for next Christmas if yo u have one that little - i think they only go up to 4T

go here to check it out!

Disney store at amazon.com

Okay so i'm sure you remember me telling you about all of the awesome Disney deals here.

You can actually get the same deals from the Disney Store at Amazon.

So if you have a balance with Amazon.com or if you use swagbucks and have giftcards then you can get a great deal!!

Disney Store: Mega Monday!!

So I just opened my email and was able to see what sales are going on. (I receive, on average, 100 emails daily from various stores and such... That's why I recommend you have a spam account when signing up for offers or a special dedicated offer account. I don't...mostly because I use gmail and can search my mail for what I need...but I digress :) )

They have some pretty good deals right now, if you aren't done Christmas shopping yet and if you spend $89.00 or more they do offer free shipping with the promo code SHIP89.

Kid's Sleepwear and Select Plush Toys are Buy One Get One Free only when using the code SWEETDREAMS. (You could buy a PJ Pals like the one to the left and a 13" Plush for $16.50 which is an okay deal. I bought two PJ Pals about a month ago and paid $5.00 each!!!)

Kids Warm Wear is marked down as low as $5.00 so you can grab this nice Cars glove & Hat set or a scarf for $5.00 as a nice stocking stuffer!! The hat & glove sets and scarves retail for $16.50 so this is a pretty great discount!! Hoodies are half price, marked down to $10.00. There are also boots from $12.99-$19.99 (Most pairs seem to be $5.00 off...not such a great discount), And a fleece Jacket for $19.95. No promo code required.

The section of this site where I could spend my weight in paper cash (and i'm not a small girl!) is the Kids Disney Graphic Tee's Section where the shirts are marked down as low as $5.00. My 2 year old little girl swoons over "Pinzess" shirts. The only two things I can get her to confess to wanting for Christmas are a play Kitchen and a "Pinzess" (Not Princess stuff..a LIVE PRINCESS who is held captive forever, here in our house!!)
The Adult Disney Graphic Tee's are marked as low as $8.00. I admit to being a huge fan of Tinkerbell and Stitch but I don't buy stuff for myself like that. I would rather spend my money on my kids. It's quite tempting to snatch that men's "Back off, I'm Grumpy!" T-Shirt though!!

Disney's Personalization store is called "Create your own" and you can "Create your Own" for as little as $12.99. The cute fleece blankets shown to the right are $14.99.

They have AMAZINGLY Cute "Create your own" fleece nightgowns for little girls. My daughter would absolutely pass out from being so happy if I were to present her with *ANYTHING* from the "Krog" movie... (Princess & The Frog) and if that something had her name on it too? I would be able to wash it when I pried it from her cold dead fingers. She has a death grip even in sleep ...much to my chagrin!

The Holiday Decor is marked down up to 50% off. This cute "Baby's first Christmas" ornament is down to only $5.99...I think I might grab this one if I can convince myself that paying shipping is worth it.

I hope you get lots of deals today!

Save $10.00 on Tinkerbell 2 - AGAIN! :)

So Disney has released another coupon for the second tinkerbell combo pack!!! go visit Couponing to Disney right here for more details :) There are rebates available so i think potentially you can save $20.00!! :)

My kids are sick a lot. I think we've established that ;) My son is also afraid of the dark....So at the risk of turning into pumpkins - we don't go out after dark...EVER!!! Neither of my kids feel great so..meh - there will always be more deals ;)

Snow White DVD & Blue Ray combo pack $4.96+tax!!!

Before I start posting the store deals for next week I wanted to bring you an update to this post. When I posted previously I said it should be around $1.00 but I didn't realize it was blue ray and dvd combo pack so it would be priced a little more expensive to start with. Mercedes over at Common sense with money has the inside scoop.

According to her post here the DVD/Blue Ray combo will be released 10/6/9. (Tuesday!) And will be released for the cost of $19.99. There is a $10.00 coupon you can print out and use on the combo pack at walmart. This makes your out of pocket on this $9.99 - Mercedes has the links for the coupons for you to print linked from her blog. That's not all....

There is also a rebate offered by Hefty to get $5.00 back via a mail in rebate when you buy the dvd or blue ray PLUS any one hefty plate, easy grip cup or baggies product. At that point you only pay $4.99 plus tax. Sounds like a steal to me :)

I live in a rather inconvenient location to purchase stuff from walmart but with my princess obsessed toddler....Guess where I will probably be on Tuesday!!!!
