Gettin Healthy: Free online food journal

Just wanted to let you all know about this food journal that I have been using for ages. (My first entry in it was back in 2002!!)  It's called Fitday and if you have never used it, you will be super impressed by all of the awesome features that are included.

You can enter the foods you have eaten and it tallies up your calories FOR YOU.  It even shows you how much protein vs. carbohydrate vs. fat you have eaten!!! I LOVE this website.

If you are trying to lose weight, why don't you give it a try and see what you think.

It tracks your workouts , calories burned and food eaten.  It's too cool.
